Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer FREE shipping services to Canada, USA, UK and Australia. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

In order to provide the best possible user experience possible, we currently only ship to Canada, USA, UK and Australia. We are planning on expanding into more countries this year. If you would like us to ship to your country next, please let us know via the contact page.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location.

Due to the fast growth of our site and huge demand for our products in recent weeks, these are our current estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you. 

Returns Policy

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to a free exchange. To avail of this please send a picture of your item to our support team via the contact us page so that we can pass it on to our quality control department. Once we have received proof of the damaged or defective item we will send you an address to one of our fulfilment warehouses. Once the product has been received at our warehouse a new item will be processed and dispatched.

I was charged more than the advertised price?

All of our products are processed in USD. The price may be shown in your local currency when browsing but once you checkout in will revert into USD. Any additional charges you may see on your bank statement will be applied by your bank due to conversion fees. Also, any import/customs duty or VAT is liable to you (the customer) and not us (Device Compass).

I entered the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you enter the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact as ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped we can update your delivery address without issue. If the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

I need to cancel or change my order how do I this this?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order. If you would still like to cancel for a refund then a 30% cancellation fee will be applicable. We will refund this 30% when your order arrives and you decide to keep it or when the item is returned back to us, simply email us to confirm the receipt of the item and your decision.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
